Responsibilities:

· Drive high-performing media buys (80% FB, 20% Google) to fuel company growth and achieve exceptional ROI.

· Own overall ad performance, ensuring profitability and a seamless user experience.

· Conduct comprehensive market research to identify target audiences, channels, and trends.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data analysis and presentation.

· Provide feedback on creatives and contribute to copywriting for search campaigns.

· Handle ad-hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business/marketing.

· Minimum 1 year of experience in sales-driven marketing campaigns on Facebook; Google Ads experience is advantageous.

· Proficiency in media-buying platforms like Facebook, Bing, and Google Ads.

· Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to campaign testing.

· Positive attitude and ownership mentality towards campaign performance.

· Excellent English communication skills with a flair for creative advertising assets.
