Performance Marketing Manager

The quote above resonates so well with the values and culture of my client. My client, a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Australia has expanded to Malaysia in 2023 by setting up their Centre of Excellence here in KL.

We are looking to expand their team by hiring a Performance Marketing Manager / Specialist. Seize the opportunity to work with a team of seasoned professionals who bring with them diverse skills and experience.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop long-term performance marketing strategy roadmaps and testing plans for the company and clients
• Generate performance insights and propose improvement initiatives
• Ensure campaigns and platforms are set up, executed and optimized to best practices
• Recommend strategies and optimizations to campaign structure, keyword opportunities, audience targeting and other PPC related activities aligned with marketing objectives
• Achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns by collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights
• Own all activities across performance marketing channels such as Meta, Google, Display, Search
• Manage the expense and budget of campaigns, and estimate monthly costs

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Performance Manager with a 4 year experience in a digital agency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with multiple platforms (AdWords, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget
• Ability to use initiative to make decisions strategically & analytically
• Ability to work under pressure, change direction when required and work on a range of client projects at the same time
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently on the completion of priorities which may have competing deadlines
