Performance Marketing Specialist

A growing SaaS platform in South East Asia is looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive digital marketing campaigns from conceptualisation to execution! Ultimately, you will be driving customer acquisition and engagement via acquisition funnels, conversion-focused paid acquisition, sales copywriting and content generation.

Your responsibilities:

• Developing & optimizing acquisition campaigns on digital channels including Search, Display, Mobile, and Social.
• Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive new customer acquisition – with an implement, test, and measure mindset
• Coordinate regular deep dives into the acquisition performance, build report models and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns.
• Setup, QA, run and analyze the results of A/B tests
• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
• Develop, build and run A/B tests across landing pages. Experience writing direct-response copy is a huge benefit.

Requirements:

• Significant working experience in digital marketing with direct experience in Facebook advertising/SEM
• Strong analytical skills – familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other equivalent analytics tools)
• Excellent proficiency in the English language (written proficiency in Malay or Mandarin will be an advantage)
• Proven experience writing and editing ad copies
