Senior Account Manager / Associate Director

What your role would look like:

· Be the bridge between internal stakeholders and the creative team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

· Work alongside a talented team including a creative director, copywriter, and designers to bring brands to life.

· Manage various portfolios of brands, taking the lead in strategy discussions and implementation.

· Ensure brand marketing strategies are executed across all communication platforms.

· Organize workflow and workload within the creative team to maintain engagement and productivity.

· Handle social media management including content creation and reporting.

· Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.

· Analyze and measure KPIs to align with brand strategies.

· Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights with the team.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

· A Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.

· 8-10 years of client servicing experience in the advertising industry.

· Digital savvy with a passion for innovation.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and a sense of ownership.

· Working knowledge of social media paid advertising campaigns is advantageous.

· Highly creative, results-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

· Proof of involvement in award-winning campaigns is a definite plus.
