Social Media Lead (Remote)

If you love creating social content and you’re always the one brimming with ideas, you’ll be amping up your creativity in this role!

This is a unique opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join a global fitness technology brand as they embark on a digital journey to grow their presence worldwide. They are a fully remote team and this is a key hire, working directly with the Marketing Lead and leadership team.

We’re looking for someone with experience growing a brand on social media. You will develop a social media plan, drive a unique content strategy for each platform, and explore opportunities to expand the brand’s online presence through engaging, conversation-based content.

Key responsibilities:

· Map out and drive social media strategies, community outreach campaigns and content for the different social platforms

· Work with the creative team of writers and graphic designers to create, execute and schedule content

· Collect and review social media data and analyse key metrics to develop more effective campaigns

What we’re looking for:

· Extensive experience with social media management, especially content creation

· Someone who loves deconstructing problems and creatively solving them

· Demonstrated experience growing a social media page or brand following

· Familiar with social listening tools

· Good eye for design and judgement on what your content needs to look like (even better if you know how to use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or relevant software to create content

· A passion for fitness and/or wellness and healthy lifestyle trends would be a huge plus

You will have the creative freedom to explore new trends and platforms, and the autonomy to own your ideas and bring them to reality.
