What You Will Do:

As the Business Development Manager, you’ll spearhead sales and revenue growth within Malaysia. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Actively look for new clients and grow our business through successful advertising campaigns.
• Create and follow sales plans that match our goals and meet client needs, focusing on digital and influencer marketing.
• Lead meetings and negotiations to win new clients and partnerships.
• Work with our leadership team to set and achieve sales goals.
• Share market feedback and trends to help improve our products and services.

Essential Skills:

• Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital and traditional platforms.
• Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including influencer marketing, with the ability to extend concepts into offline contexts.
• Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and its application across diverse marketing strategies.
• Acute awareness of local and regional market nuances, coupled with a proactive approach to setting new industry benchmarks.
