Compliance and Verifications Executive

We’re working with a global client in the customer engagement space who’s looking for a Compliance & Verification Specialist to join their growing team.

This role is all about striking the right balance between strong compliance practices and excellent customer service. You’ll be supporting customers via email and chat, making sure transactions are handled securely, and helping improve internal processes along the way.

What you’ll be doing:

• Handling customer verifications and support through email and chat
• Making sure all processes follow strict compliance and security standards
• Monitoring client transactions (remittances, deposits, withdrawals)
• Working closely with internal teams to resolve day-to-day issues
• Keeping up with any updates to policies, systems, and workflows
• Supporting ongoing process improvements and system upgrades

We’re looking for someone who:

• Good command of English
• Has 1-2 years’ experience in a compliance or support role
• Knows their way around KYC/AML requirements and basic payment methods (e-wallets, cards, vouchers)
• Is familiar with Microsoft Excel and online support platforms
• Handles fast paced and communicates with tact and patience
• Is organised, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
