We’re now looking for a top-notch CRM Lead to lead our client’s Centre of Excellence global hub for a luxurious, prestigious and innovative automobile brand.

Your day to day responsibilities:

+ Utilizing your amazing client management skills to explain and drive internal and external conversations

+ Coming up with strategies through data & analysis, formulating new ideas

+ Taking on campaign briefs – prepare Q&A, check audience availability and size and work closely with the team on strategies and preparing decks.

+ Source creative images and content and brief the internal teams to prepare for the campaign

+ Responsible for both internal & external UAT

+ Preparing point of discussion documents and take commercial approvals from CRM Workstream leads in time

+ Post Campaign Performance Analysis – manage data extraction, sanity check, prepare CRM slides, internal reviews and adjustments post feedback

+ Understanding and leading customer journeys, CRM and SFMC systems
