Head of BD

My client, a digital media company is looking to hire a Head of BD to oversee their young and growing BD team. This role gives you the opportunity lead a team while being hands on in doing media sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the sales team meets individual KPIs and targets
• Guide the team in aspects of training, scheduling, coaching to meet the company’s objectives
• Develop goals for the team, aiming for the business growth and ensuring that they are met
• Build and maintain relationships with new, potential and existing clients
• Carry the entire team target and ensure it is met annually
• Attend events, networking sessions to generate sales
• Implementing new sales process and advertising
• Monitoring competitor analysis and developments

Key Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Mass Communication / Business Administration
• 3 – 5 years experience in media sales
• Exceptional communication and written skills
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing
• Aggressive, committed and results driven
