What You Will Do:

As the Head of Commercial, you’ll spearhead sales and revenue growth within Malaysia. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Developing and nurturing long-term, consultative relationships with clients across Malaysia, focusing on comprehensive marketing solutions that seamlessly integrate online and offline mediums.

* Activating global marketing strategies for clients, leveraging their full suite of services, from digital advertising to influencer marketing and offline activations.

* Collaborating with the Account Management team to devise strategic plans and proposals, ensuring the integration of online and offline marketing efforts.

* Exceeding revenue targets by identifying new opportunities and optimizing existing accounts.

* Mentoring and guiding the Sales team to foster a culture of learning and growth.

* Staying updated on industry trends and innovations, incorporating digital and traditional marketing solutions.

Essential Skills:

* Proven expertise in managing integrated marketing campaigns spanning digital and traditional platforms.

* Deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including influencer marketing, with the ability to extend concepts into offline contexts.

* Proficiency in data-driven decision-making and its application across diverse marketing strategies.

* Acute awareness of local and regional market nuances, coupled with a proactive approach to setting new industry benchmarks.
