Our client, a gaming company in Malaysia is looking to hire a Key Account Manager experience to provide exceptional service to their top tier VIP customers (B2C).

How can you exceed expectations?

  • Drive customer loyalty & satisfaction: Take charge of customer segmentation and craft personalised promotions and gifts to exceed expectations.
  • Acquire new VIP customers: Develop and implement CRM strategies to attract new VIP customers in local and international markets. Analyse user active rates, conversion rates, and competitor data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Optimise sales content and communication: Analyse and optimise sales content and identify effective communication channels across email, WhatsApp, WeChat, and SMS
  • B2C mindset: Experience working with direct-to-consumer customers.
  • Manage customer feedback: Monitor customer feedback and swiftly address any negative issues to maintain customer confidence.
  • Build strong relationships: Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to serve, maintain, and grow meaningful customer relationships.
  • Drive business growth: Bring in new customers and lead the CRM team to develop strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
