• Meticulous in CRM management – Copper
• Robust follow-up skills until meeting appointments.
• Proficiency in organizing end-to-end conferences.
• Effective communication aptitude.
• Preference for an agricultural background.
• Possesses a hunter mentality.
• Language proficiency in the field.
• Willingness to travel across Malaysia.

As the Sales Lead, your duties will involve:

• Sourcing leads and reaching out to Malaysia and Indonesia.
• Maximizing CRM tools for efficient workflow.
• Achieving a minimum of 20 meetings booked in the initial six months.
• Embracing a commission-based role that recognizes performance.
