What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll engage closely with clients, addressing their inquiries and requests via various communication channels including calls, emails, and live chats. From facilitating account openings to providing security quotes and managing share transfers, you’ll handle a diverse range of tasks related to share trading and our Online Trading platform.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Individuals holding a recognized degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
• Previous experience engaging with customers across various mediums (Call, Email, Chat).
• Flexibility to work during Malaysia Public holidays and US shift hours.
• Preference given to candidates with prior experience in call center or financial services environments, particularly in stock broking, equities, or future markets.

Important Details to Note:

• This is a full-time role based at the KL ECO CITY office.
• Be prepared for Australia and US shift hours, with corresponding allowances provided.
