Who we are looking for:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in retail operations.
• Strong negotiation skills and retail market research abilities.
• Proficient in operations management and P&L handling.
• Experience in visual merchandising and retail setup.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.

What you will do:

• Plan and forecast company revenue for new retail locations.
• Conduct thorough location research and site surveys, focusing on retail location strategy.
• Negotiate and secure the best retail locations.
• Manage booth setup, design coordination, and stock planning.
• Oversee the hiring, training, and management of promoters.
• Handle P&L for each outlet, ensuring positive cash flow.
• Liaise with contractors, vendors, and mall management to ensure smooth operations.
