Job Title: Regional Inhouse Business Process Owner OTC

Location: Malaysia

Role Overview:

As the Regional Inhouse Business Process Owner – OTC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation and standardization of SAP Alliance and ByD template projects across our APAC operations. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with local project teams, leading process changes and improvement projects, and acting as the single-point contact for local Process Owners.

About the job

• Standardized processes across all business domains within Region APAC in alignment with the company’s processes and legal requirements
• Parallel project activities are in alignment with the overall strategy & objectives with regard to processes standardization, data harmonization, business processes documentation
• Increasing the regional organization’s overall efficiency and effectiveness whilst continuously improving business processes
• Liaison with all relevant stakeholders like Global- and Regional-SAP Team, Regional Organizations (Regional Operations, Finance), Corporate Process Governance and the local Business team (Local Process Owners)

Requirements:

• Collaborate with local and regional Process teams and SAP consultants (internal + external) in SAP template projects (Rollouts, Integrations) in Region APAC
• Governance on the SAP template business processes
• Approve TO BE business processes and implement global template solutions with specific localizations for legal requirements and local processes
• Lead and support regional business process changes and improvement projects
• Design business processes considering the best interests of the Organization and the viability of execution (i.e. SoW of a new SAP implementation / Process design in case of required changes)
• Collaborate and support the Region (APAC) in global SAP initiatives, such as upgrades or other technology changes.
• Take decision in the area of the processes (in alignment with global template processes), such as Order Fulfillment, Foreign Trade, Intercompany Business, EDI Processes and other cross functional topics with other supporting functions
