Salesforce Developer & Administrator

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer & Administrator for the development and maintenance of Salesforce applications.

Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, the Salesforce Developer & Administrator’s focus will be custom Salesforce development and integration with third-party services, providing support and maintenance, and will be accountable for overall system improvements. You will be working with developers, support team and partner agency on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design and creating quality products is essential.

You will be working closely with Marketing and Recruitment management to identify, assess and scope change initiatives that improve use for all users. Growth in the role will require the Salesforce Developer & Administrator to assess the evolving needs of the recruitment, operations and marketing users, and apply experience and insight to propose high-value changes to the system, processes and policies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, strategic and operational thinker who aligns with recruitment and marketing processes, analyses key metrics, and works to continually improve platform performance. This role does require interface with multiple stakeholders and therefore require for the candidate to possess exceptional communication skills

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Own, manage and drive optimisation of the entire Salesforce platform
* Manage Salesforce security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, groups, etc.
* Manage and drive enhancements to Salesforce infrastructure to advance marketing and recruitment effectiveness and operational efficiencies
* Build and manage key Salesforce integrations i.e. email automation tools, Zapier, website tools, other third-party marketing solutions, etc.
* Identify new solutions that will improve marketing and recruitment efforts
* Build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows that show how recruitment and marketing programmes/campaigns impact revenue
* Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views, and troubleshoot issues.

Mentor, teach and instruct Salesforce users in CRM best practices. Work with team on core operational processes and uses of Salesforce.
* Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce users
* Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
* Work closely with recruitment leadership to ensure processes and reporting align to needs
* Manage all marketing and recruitment related technical resources and migration of data into Salesforce
* Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected department/users
* Take ownership of project work and develop strong relationships with different stakeholders and internal team – a confident self-starter
* Perform other related duties, as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

* EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience

EXPERIENCE:

o At least three (3) years of working experience as Salesforce Developer & Administrator.
o Salesforce Administrator certification is required; Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, or SF Developer certification are highly preferred and would be a plus.
o In-depth knowledge of the standard capabilities of Salesforce and have successfully expanded on those capabilities through the use of custom code (Apex, S-Controls) and/or integration with external systems
o Strong reporting background using standard Salesforce reporting functionality
o Previous re-engineering experience updating an existing Salesforce.com configuration to provide solutions for reporting, workflows, and enhanced functions
o Must be highly driven and self-motivated for a fast-paced dynamic environment
o Able to develop productive working relationships across marketing, recruitment, and client facing teams
o Service-oriented attitude toward external and internal audiences
o A highly collaborative, dependable team player, who likes to be invested in a company’s success along with individual development

o Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud integration is a big plus.
o Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills with ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical professionals
o Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
o Strong problem solving skills, data and software applications
