Salesforce Functional Consultant

Our client is looking for a business-savvy Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive impactful Salesforce solutions for their clients. You will serve as the bridge between business users and technical teams, translating requirements into high-performing Salesforce experiences.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
• Translate business processes into Salesforce configurations and best practices.
• Configure Salesforce objects, workflows, page layouts, dashboards, and reports.
• Support end-user training, change management, and post-go-live support.
• Act as the SME for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and user adoption strategies.

What You Bring:

• 4-6 years of experience as a Salesforce Admin or Consultant.
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning features.
• Strong understanding of business processes (sales, service).
