Job Description:

The Engineering Manager is a hands-on technology leadership role and focuses on people, delivery, and technology outcomes.

You will lead and grow robust technology talent and teams, provide exceptional partner management and be accountable for building, delivering, and maintaining our internal systems & services that integrate with and supplement the Customer. Technology platforms.

As a technology leader, you are accountable for the overall technical alignment & health of the integration services you deliver and maintain thereafter, as well as the growth, capability, and productivity of an engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Direct line management for a team of Software Engineers

Collaborate with Head of CRM Platforms, Sales & Service, Technical Service and Marketing Technology Platform for strategic alignment

Collaborate with internal customers across the APAC region to gather feedback and ensure expectations are met

Lead delivery of services and integrations supporting CRM platforms

Drive continuous improvement as well as customer and commercial outcomes

Qualifications:

Prior experience in one of the following technology roles is required:

* Software Development / Engineering / Data Engineering / Software Architecture / Quality Assurance`

* Delivery / Engineering Management

* IT Operations or Enterprise Applications Management

* IT Business Analysis / Iteration Management

Minimum 5 year’s experience managing technical teams.

Minimum 5 year’s experience in implementing Salesforce platform in particular the Billing and CPQ modules in a complex environment.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Proven track record in end-to-end delivery using agile methodologies.
