Senior Fullstack Developer (Nodejs+ Typscript)

A global video game commerce company with a robust and powerful set of tools and services designed specifically for the video game industry, helping thousands of game developers and publishers of all sizes fund, market, launch and monetize their games globally and across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Undertake complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for solutions catering to both business and consumer clientele.
• Foster efficient collaboration within cross-functional teams to deploy features and APIs into production.
• Exhibit a commanding leadership presence to inspire and rally team members effectively.
• Proficiency in navigating distributed systems and handling substantial datasets.
• Emphasize automation to boost efficiency across operations where possible.
• Display fervor for crafting top-tier, inventive, and high-performing software solutions.
• Ensure adherence to observability best practices and uphold technical design standards in software development.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in developing web applications.
• Professional proficiency with the MERN stack and TypeScript.
• Skilled in addressing performance and optimization challenges, with a demonstrated capability to diagnose and preempt such issues.
• Strong inclination towards automated testing methodologies.
• Previous experience in designing and managing distributed microservices within containerized environments.
• Proficient in implementing modern authentication constructs like JWT, Claims, and OAuth 2.0.

We highly value candidates who possess any of the following:

• Expertise in troubleshooting intricate issues (e.g., browser inconsistencies, billing systems, memory leaks).
• A deep passion for user experience design.
• Experience in handling production storage or optimizing performance concerning time-series data.
• Extensive knowledge of NestJS.

Bonus Qualifications (Optional but advantageous):

• Familiarity with our current suite of product management tools: Atlassian suite (Jira), Figma, G Suite, and Slack.
• Proficiency and interest in gaming and/or live streaming communities, understanding their language and needs.
• Ability to formulate and measure OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) effectively.
• Experience in creator culture, having worked on products related to content creation or similar domains.
