Required Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Proficient in two or more contemporary software development languages, demonstrating the creation and maintenance of software.
• Extensive experience in the design, development, support, and maintenance of Salesforce applications.
• Practical knowledge of working with APIs.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Strong expertise in Design Patterns and Data Modeling.
• Previous hands-on experience with either Sales & Service Cloud or CPQ & Billing.
• Effective communication and collaborative skills at the team level.
• Proactive management of professional growth with an ability to identify learning opportunities.
• Experience in giving and receiving constructive feedback, actively contributing to the learning of others.
• Proficiency in building and operating highly scalable, available, performant, and secure solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce CRM with other systems and platforms using APIs.
• Familiarity with and understanding of declarative enhancement tools in Salesforce, including Flows, Process Builder, Formulas, and Validation Rules, Schema Builder.
• Proficiency in web application development and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Competence in enterprise application development languages such as Java/C#.
• Experience with AWS integration services, including SQS, SNS, Lambda, AppFlow, EventBridge, and CloudWatch.
