• Fluency in English & Mandarin (both spoken and written) is a must, as the role involves communication with English & Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proven experience in Technical Support and Customer Care is essential for addressing customer issues with troubleshooting and providing excellent service.
• Demonstrates strong prioritization skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to align on key priorities.
• Excel in a fast-paced, agile environment where critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills are required for success.
• A collaborative team member who works effectively with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Proficient in using ticketing systems to track, manage, and resolve customer issues efficiently.
