Customer Data Platform Specialist

An exciting opportunity at one of Amsterdam’s scaling organisations. The role of Customer Data Platform Specialist is placed in a group, consisting of multiple ecommerce companies. Focused on both Wholesale and Webshop ecommerce, this role is cross-functional.

Giving you the chance to build experience across multiple, unique focuses!

In collaboration with the CMO of the organisation. You will create synergy and focus for the development of strategy, business cases and measurement plans. Coupled with the customer roadmap, you are central for all labels in the group.

Are you ready?

Role Responsibilities:

· CDP prioritisation and roadmap. You are responsible for optimsation, implementation and development of strategy.

· A/B testing and analysis.

· Translating the needs of consumer journeys. All labels.

· Close collaboration with external agencies, internal logistics and management level partners.

· Implementation and personalization of all retail sectors.

Role Requirements:

· HBO education and thinking level.

· 4+ years of relevant working experience.

· Experience in development of business cases and strategies.

· Experience in implementation, testing and management.

· Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

· Analytics background and relevant tool experience.

· Professional Dutch & English.
