Corporate Recruiter

Our partner based in The Hague is looking for an HR Business Partner. The company focussed on the FMCG, fresh produce and e-commerce industries. They’re working together with some of the biggest companies in the Netherands. With over 700+ employees, they have a fantastic dynamic and thriving environment.

As the Corporate Recruiter, you are responsible for all recruitment activities within the operational departments. you excel at attracting the right candidates. You are dynamic and have an open-minded approach. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for operational to managerial positions within the Staffing, Technical, and Logistics departments. Leveraging your experience, knowledge of the labor market, and persuasive skills, you will strive to achieve recruitment objectives.

The Corporate Recruiter will solve problems related to recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and employer branding. They will also address challenges related to stakeholder management and strategic planning.

Main activities:

· Managing recruitment processes

· Drafting job profiles and executing recruitment plans

· Strategic planning and stakeholder management

· Participation in projects related to recruitment

Role Requirements:

· 2+ years of professional Recruitment experience. Perferrable in a technical or production based company.

· Fluent in both Dutch and English.

· HBO degree.

· Result’s orientated & inspiring personality.
