We are looking for a Senior HR Manager/Partnering Leader for a leading company in the music industry whose core value is to bring people together & empower them through music!!
The primary duties encompass overseeing relationships with HR service providers, ensuring precise payroll processing, managing talent, fostering employee engagement, and enhancing workplace culture. Upholding compliance with employment laws and regulations, crafting HR policies, and employing data-driven decision-making constitute essential facets of the position.
Moreover, the HR Manager will evaluate training requirements and formulate programs to elevate employee competencies.
Qualifications for this position encompass an academic background in Human Resources or a related field, substantial HR experience, familiarity with HR best practices and German employment laws, robust communication and interpersonal abilities, and a proven track record of effectively spearheading HR initiatives.
