Talent Acquisition Manager – DACH

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager who is based in the Netherlands, and can speak Dutch! In the last 2.5 years our client has seem teams scale from 1 to 30 people! Located across the global, including EMEA, APAC, US & CANADA! The focus has now shifted to DACH, BENELUX & NORDICS! Hiring across a broad number of verticals, including Finance, Backoffice, Legal, Marketing and HR. You will have the opportunity to hire across all functions, reporting to the Head of Talent based in the UK – You will be part of global team – A global team who work very closely together, allowing opportunity to recruit in other parts of the world depending on requirements.

You will need to have strong stakeholder management and be confident to push back to managers on feedback and assist with interviews where new managers need upskilling. There will be opportunity to be involved in a variety of different projects including implementation of a new ATS.

Salary up to €75,000
