€170000 - €190000 per annumThe eCommerce Account Manager (fluent Dutch and English) will be accountable for driving portfolio sales through the implementation of the eCommerce strategy and growth expectations. The candidate will implement the group’s eCommerce strategy to enhance sales in the different channels. This candidate will source, evaluate, launch and trade on new platforms while maximizing revenues and margins by analyzing sales data, reporting performance, identifying growth opportunities and resolving issues to drive top-line growth.
The Role:
· Manage new and existing eCommerce platforms and marketplace sites across Europe including vendor relationships.
· Ability to manage site evaluation, back-office site set-up, and daily site management.
· Oversee the day-to-day marketplace eCommerce operations, customer service, updates, listing analysis and optimization, manage promotions, merchandising, maintenance and marketplace performance including advertising KPIs and the account health on all channels.
· Ensure that daily site maintenance is conducted; correcting product descriptions, product placement, new item posting, out of stock item removal and functionality meets and exceeds company expectations.
· Co-ordinate with marketplace contacts regarding products, promotions, reporting and advertising.
· Assisting with decisions about promotions such as discounted offers and sponsored product ads.
· Work with key offline on offline teams regarding pricing strategy and maintenance
· To liaise with other internal departments such as finance & marketing to build product, sales and marketing budgets.
· To coordinate with warehouses for stock movement, product requirements and specific supply chain requirements.
· Working with 3P logistics providers for fulfillment services.
· Search and create new opportunities with eCommerce accounts, identifying white space and marketing opportunities to generate sales
The candidate:
· Fluent in Dutch and English (written & spoken)
· Working knowledge of Bol.com and any other marketplaces (Amazon vendor is an added advantage)
· Strong data analysis abilities (e.g. familiarity with Excel v-lookups, pivot tables, and basic functions)
· Innovative and forward-thinking candidate who will work hard and enthusiastically take on many responsibilities
· Exceptional time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives
· Experience with online sales
