Ecommerce Coordinator

By focusing on the management of day-to-day trade, you’ll find yourself dedicated to localized and global initiatives. Analysis of the Southern European market is at the center of the ecommerce, webshop, and content campaigns. With the French and Spanish market as the target’s, a new-age mindset will gel with your audience.

Role Responsibilities:

• Management of app and website products and content, ensure it is up to date.
• Ensure relevance of on-site product merchandising for local market and advise on local content creation.
• Update category pages and homepage banners in line with communication calendar.
• Product and promotional management for campaigns.
• Ad hoc daily duty; support digital trade manager with company website, reporting requests from trade team and key shareholders.
• Prepare and implement Loyalty actions and CRM.
• Weekly sales reports on central European sector with key trends and product recommendations. Present key learnings.
• Generate ideas surrounding company website, performance, and customer experience.
• Hand’s-on and communicate well.

Workload Split 70/30

• (70%) Website maintenance and content management.
• (30%) Sales Analysis and reporting.

Role Requirements:

• 1.5 + years’ experience in E-commerce.
• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent level of English & French. NB!
• Proficiency in Spanish is a consideration added factor.
• Google analytics or Abode analytics is compulsory. NB!
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is compulsory. NB!
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Tableu is an added experiece factor.
• Hybris and Amplience experience is a bonus.
• Exponea/Bloomreach is a plus.
• Analytical mindset, high level of detail.
• Motivated & Highly Collaborative.
• Based in the Randstad area and happy to travel in to Amsterdam.
