Driven by strong commercial acumen, our partner organisation is looking to upscale their Ecommerce team. Working within the Digital Merchandising department, the responsibilities centre on analysis and advising on their owned operated platforms (Website & App). The product landscape includes daily management of all categorisations, assortments, product information and filtering. Driving its E-merchandising conversion and sales via optimisation of their configurable toolset.

Operating across all product categories and genders, the focus is on unique customer journeys and ensuring the finest online shopping experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Execute all in-season digital merchandise strategies on owned platforms.
  • Contribute to business growth and unique customer shopping experience.
  • Daily inspection and adjustment of all Website and App metrics.
  • Drive sales and conversion rates via optimised configuration.
  • Advise and assess product selects and asset linking strategy for promotional campaigns, newsletter, and online editorials.
  • Prepare and curate visual merchandising pages.
  • Capture, internalise and structure category and product performance through analytics. Report on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Use and analyse analytical data for test and review of online customer behaviours to enhance performance.
  • Use KPI driven data to improve customer proposition’s, conversion, and overall journeys.
  • Work shoulder-to-shoulder with Buying team and Merchandising Manager. Identify product winners and losers. Advise accordingly.
  • Provide broad reaching support across digital marketing teams and projects.

Ideal Candidate Requirement’s:

  • 3+ years in Digital merchandising, preferably from a fashion brand or retailer.
  • Strong Analytical with numerical data from multiple sources.
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong experience with webanalytics andecommerce platforms.
    • Google Analytics
    • Salesforce Commerce Cloud
    • etc.
  • CX analytical experience with Contensquare is an added experience indicator.
  • Project Management experience with Monday.com, DevOps, JIRA is a bonus.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-confident business acumen, brand understanding and complex problem solver.
