The Role:
· Setting an e-commerce vision and strategy, which translates into a roadmap that balances business objectives with an excellent digital on-brand shopping experience;
· Managing (and expanding) the E-Commerce team who is currently executing various e-commerce operations (updating the website, email marketing, copy in different languages, analytics, etc);
· Manage a full redesign and move our ‘native’ setup into a headless setup;
· Ensuring a flawless and locally relevant digital experience as we expand our business into new markets/continents across the globe;
· Setting up relevant dashboards and digital tracking in order to measure the performance of our website and evaluate AB tests;
· Ensuring our website is compliant with privacy and security standards;
What you’ll bring
· 8+ years of experience in a similar E-Commerce / digital role (e.g. e-commerce manager, product owner, product manager, developer, head of tech) which involved €100M+ annual revenue;
· Strong knowhow about the e-commerce landscape and best practices;
· Good understanding of business dynamics: balancing commercial objectives with customer experience/brand strategy/costs/timelines;
· Experience with Excel and Google Analytics (or something similar);
· Bonus points for experience with: Shopify, fashion / apparel, direct-to-customer, working with UI/UX designers, Google Cloud (Cloud Functions, BigQuery);
· Fluency in English (written and verbal); additional languages a plus.
