We are looking for an expert Email Marketing Specialist for a Lifestyle Fashion Brand specialized in Eyewear.
In this role you will be responsible for increasing customer retention and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Increasing customer retention and engagement by the key concepts “right message”, “right time”, “right place”.
- Launch new campaigns through email based on the marketing calendar.
- Take over transactional emails and work on the improvement of the NPS and other customer feedback initiatives.
- Investigate and understand the key drivers of CLV and use the insights on increasing it/Respond to changing trends and developments in CRM and email marketing.
- You’ll report to the Customer Growth Manager and work closely with the digital and creative teams.
Requirements:
- Have a proven track record in / strong experience with email marketing.
- Experience in a similar role relevant CRM role.
- Have 3-4 years of relevant email marketing experience , preferably in an omnichannel retail operation or at a pure player.
- Experience with Newletters
- Know your tools and know-how to use them accurately, especially ESP/marketing automation tools (experience with Simon Data / SendGrid is a plus).
