Data cleansing – build on campaign and KPI framework and further affine definitions of metrics, working closely with the Finance/Controlling and Ecom analytics teams for minimial discrepancies between the data platforms and reported numbers
Work with existing data sets and pull data directly from platforms and QA data sets (e.g. Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Smartly, Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture) and generate and formulate relevant and actionable insights, to serve the team and executive reports, helping to understand what is driving performance and ultimately business impact
Maintain dashboards, and drive further dashboard automation based on the business and team’s needs and in collaboration with the agency
Challenge measurement methodologies, ranging from platform brand lift studies to Ecom incrementality testing, including considerations for iOS14 and a cookieless world, with the objective to develop reliable solutions and ensure measurement stays up to speed with the market and platform needs
Take the lead for Paid Media in cross-functional conversations related to measurement, analytics and reporting, like the regional reporting processes and the development of a brand impact measurement framework
Training for the role of a junior reporting analyst on the team
Requirements
5+ years work experience in Measurement, Analytics and Reporting, out of which a minimum of 1 year on Paid Media, preferably also client-side, with strong focus on Digital, including Ecommerce performance Media
Understanding of Paid Media Planning, full-funnel, paired with a strong interest in what drives Paid Media performance from audience targeting to placements and creative/ad formats etc.
Proficient in connecting data as well as in analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, Tableau, Datastudio, Funnel, capable to distill and bottom line findings for the Paid Media team to work with as well as to update and excite executive management
Familiar with Google Cloud Platform
Well organized, staying on top of priorities in a fast-changing environment, practical and solutions oriented, whilst willing to go the extra mile and take on any related task with positivity to improve Paid Media performance
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, managing agency and partners through clear yet respectful communication whilst appropriately representing the Paid Media team internally and to our partners
