Placed within a growing Ecommerce team, this role will establish you among and as, the best in the world. Your responsibility is to lead the development and growth strategy, implementation, and operation across content. Leadership creativity and strategic skill to manage and shape brand identity. Driving global ecommerce business through premium onsite content creation, the goal is the next level.

As this role collaborates with the global digital space. You will identify techniques of accelerating content optimization, programs, and processes. Crate premium onsite experience on data and insight.

The ideal candidate is a storyteller, collaborator, problem solver, and team leader with a deep understanding of systems and content management. This role works closely with the Head of Performance marketing.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

· Lead development and growth of Content Management Team. Set direction and strategy for the team and approach to onsite processes and content.

· Model exceptional Webshop content experiences. Focused on creation of content, management and optimisation, consumer insight and data analysis.

· Lead and build a strong team. Develop the skillset and personal growth centred on their ambition and objective’s. Patience and dedicated time are key to building a culture of loyalty and efficiency.

· Play an integral role in cross-functional collaboration of Product, Brand, UX/UI, SEO, CRO, Digital Campaigns and Frontend Development. Ensure alignment of technical, best-in-class performance. Deliver seamless and unique onsite user experience and journey flow.

· Inspire development of best-in-class Webshop content spanning international teams. Ongoing improvement in workflows, processes, technical infrastructure, and content management.

· Develop exceptional verbal and written communication, ensuring value alignment with quality of content and a creative mindset. Use is always top of mind.

· Discover consistently, new business opportunities and new customer needs. Continual research.

· Guide and support creation of multimedia content. Raising Webshop performance to the next level, based on data.

· Target audience specific markets and meet set objective KPI’s for performance marketing and the online Webshop.

· Excellence. Continuously improve and help build upon a historic international brand identity.

Ideal Candidate:

· Experience within a Premium brand organisation.

· Minimum 9 years’ experience in Senior content roles using consumer insights to lead content improvements across the customer lifecycle. Focus is creating a better digital experience.

· Minimum experience of 5 years in managing a content team, preferably on an international scale.

· Experience within a D2C or ecommerce brand. Consumer, FMCG or Technology industry is an added experience factor.

· Advanced technical understanding and knowledge of CMS, Analytics, SEO, CRO and content technology. Strong experience in PIM, content operations and transformation are preferred.

· Experienced in managing ecommerce websites and Content Management. Sporting the ability to create appealing and ultra-modern ideas for new content methodologies and philosophies. Supporting company identity.

· Strong ability to work in an agile way. Assertive team-player, hands-on and organised in nature. Internationally minded and project management orientated.

· Fluent business English and International mindset. You will be working on a global scale.

· Ideally a university degree in Communication or related field.
