Onsite Performance Manager

Placed within a growing Ecommerce team, this role will establish you among and as, the best in the world.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Ownership and management of multi-sectoral Onsite Marketing campaigns. Innovate, optimise, and control all relevant content.
• Help guide an international team of data analyst, UX, CRO, Product, and Content managers. Boosting onsite business.
• Schedule, structure and execute all actions pertaining to business performance.
• Creative idea and innovative capacity with business improvements. Your insight adds value.
• Set and manage KPI driven activities, securing smooth improvements and actionable implementations. Lead data analysis, trend, and market research. Monitor and track your achievements.
• Liaise with local and international stakeholders and counterparts. Being a good connector defines your ability to strive.
• Continuously improve the internal workflow, roadmap, and backlog processes.

Ideal Candidate:

• University degree in business, majoring in Digital Brand management/Marketing and other relevant fields as above.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience and proven track record of successful execution and optimisation of business performance, development, and marketing campaigns.
• Creative mindset. Your innovative ability based on quantitative and qualitative data is an added experience factor.
• Profound understanding of data-based consumer behaviour. Strong experience with online analytical and testing tools and working with large data sets.
• Accountable to timelines and self in a fast-paced digital space. Project management experienced.
• Above and beyond communicator. Teamwork is the essence of this role.
• Experience within a Premium brand organisation.
