Paid Search Specialist

Salt has partnered with a world leader in innovative, casual footwear. They are looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join the marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and execute on strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, bidding, ad copy and other elements of paid search.
• Focus on automation and efficient optimization: feed based campaigns
• Identify and act on high impact opportunities, in and/or outside of the domain of Paid Search
• Set up tests for ads and landing pages to find areas where to improve

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in Paid Search, working with feeds
• Expert knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics. Preferred experience with a feed management tool and SA360 or other programmatic search management tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills with hands-on attitude
• Oral and written English is required – Dutch is a plus
