About the job:

A skilled Java Software Engineer is sought to join the multidisciplinary and self-organising Agile/Scrum team. The role involves contributing to software product development and taking responsibility for various aspects, including requirements analysis, architecture, design, testing, validation, and product demonstrations. The team emphasises the use of high-tech techniques and software development methods, with Java forming the foundation of the interface products, supported by a modern development environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Agile/Scrum team to develop software using Java
• Implement Continuous Integration & Delivery practices
• Utilise tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Maven/Gradle, GIT, and BitBucket
• Conduct unit testing, test automation, and utilise Cucumber for behaviour-driven development

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in software engineering, information/computer science, or a related field
• Several years of relevant work experience
• Passion for technology, along with a creative, open-minded, and flexible approach
• Strong team-player with excellent interpersonal skills
• EU nationality
