Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

What are you going to do?
You will be making the link of the business processes of our customers to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Platform. Thanks to your smart questions and thoroughness, you know how to clarify their working methods. You then take care of handling the processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and/or the Microsoft Power Platform. Of course, you also test your work, you ensure proper coordination and you also pay attention to the adoption of the technology by the client.

You are part of various project teams. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the implementation of the platform runs smoothly. The collaboration with your colleagues and with our customers is elaborate. Everything you do is aimed at making our customer’s work easier and more fun. Together you ensure that our customers can serve their customers better.

Who are you?
You have already gained several years of experience with CRM. The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Platform and the Microsoft Power Platform are therefore familiar territory for you. You want to deepen your knowledge and impress our customers. You are positive, eager to learn and enjoy working together. You have good communication skills at all levels; you listen well, ask smart questions and can convince when necessary. You quickly learn new techniques and tools and use them where necessary.

What do we expect from you?

• HBO work & thinking level (college level)

• At least 2 years of relevant work experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE consultant/specialist

• Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform

• You have good communication skills at all levels of a company

• Ambition, result-oriented and eager to learn

• Besides a preference for CRM, also an affinity with at least one of the domains Sales, Service or Marketing.
