Privileged Access Services Team Lead (Kanban Expert /SME) – Banking Client – Brussels

Rate: 600 – 800 Euros Per day

Duration: 1 year contract + extension

Hybrid Working:

We are currently looking to hire an exceptional PAM Team Lead with strong Kanban expert experience.
You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM oversees implementing, operating and managing all the access from, to or within the IT infrastructure.

This helps to ensure that everyone has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements the client is subject to.

Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.

Role

This is a Team leader position where you will manage and drive a team of about 12 people who are responsible for the day-to-day management of privileged accesses in the company.

This includes the lifecycle management of privileged accounts (generic and functional on windows/ UNIX/ applications), review of IT changes related to IDAM, security quality checks on Wintel servers, CyberArk safe and platform management…

More specifically, you are expected to:

• ensure stability of the service and on your own initiative identify opportunities and take action to achieve improvements in existing business processes within your domain
  * safeguard the effectiveness of the security policies and re-challenge them on a continuous basis, taking into consideration the evolving clients’ needs within the boundaries of the regulatory framework
  * ensure a good service description and delivery
  * assure good capacity management (allocation and rebalancing of work to attain predefined SLAs and develop individual talents and skills)
  * cooperate with internal and external customers in order to identify and analyze their evolving expectations and needs with regards to our services
  * maintain and improve SOPs and SLAs in collaboration with other IDAM teams
  * anticipate on and document risks for future occurrences
  * ensure communication flows are in place to guarantee top-down and bottom-up flows
  * make sure the IDAM vision and mission are incorporated in the team
  * Guide, coach and motivate the team with the goal of increasing productivity and efficiency
  * Oversee and manage agreed feature scopes, timeline, quality, risks, goals and deliverables that support business value
  * improve the customer experience by taken into consideration the clients’ and other IDAM team’s feedback
  * ensure that departmental objectives are translated into team objectives

Profile

• You have experience in people management
• You have experience with Agile and Kanban
• Extensive knowledge in security and/or IT risk management.
• You have critical thinking, decision making and problem-solving skills.
• You know how to plan and organize and are result oriented. You have the ability to achieve targets within given time frames
• You have good interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills (fluent English is a must) and can efficiently coordinate team activities
• You have a clear vision on what needs to be done to achieve the team goals
• You can lead a team with lots of enthusiasm and drive
• You are a team player
• You have a security mindset
• Experience with dealing with regulatory compliance issues as well as best practices in security
