We are looking for a Product Owner to join a leading online global company working with a remote team all over Europe and able to have strong leadership skills and great communication skills in English. My client is looking for someone very Passionate, forward-thinking, and motivated!

As the Product Owner for Payment, you’ll be an integral part of the Checkout and Account team dedicated to creating compelling, efficient, and user-friendly end-to-end experiences that seamlessly convert our visitors into customers. In this capacity, you’ll play a pivotal role in propelling product innovation within our Payment offerings.

Your role:

• Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing payments across online channels to guarantee a smooth and enjoyable customer payment experience.

• Becoming an authority in the standards of excellence within the payments industry, including payments compliance and regulatory requirements, will enable you to collaborate with stakeholders in defining and taking ownership of the roadmap for your domain.

• This position is inherently cross-functional, requiring collaboration with various departments within the company to implement new features and enhance payment capabilities for our customers.

• You’ll be instrumental in establishing robust relationships and fostering collaborative engagement across diverse business functions, both internally and externally.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable expertise in payments with a track record of achieving growth through success metrics. (flexible if you don’t have payment experience but must be eager to learn).

• Proven experience in developing and delivering Payment Products within eCommerce and Retail, optimizing end-to-end payment journeys. (Ideally looking for someone with eCommerce/Retail experience but is open).

• Must be passionate and, demonstrate leadership in setting ambitious goals and shaping roadmaps.

• Capable of working independently, taking a proactive approach, and fostering collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Possess strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a sound understanding of data analysis.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data in easily understandable messages to stakeholders.
