RPA DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Design of RPA solutions

• Work with business and technology teams to analyze and understand
  • Business processes,
  • Data fields and data models used in source systems and target systems,
  • Transformation steps to be executed in RPA solution,
  • Required output, audit trails and reports,
  • Security, identity management and governance aspects,
  • RPA design/architecture principles,
  • Any other solution-specific requirements.
• Assess automation feasibility of processes.
• Support creation of all design documents that are required in the pre-build phase.

Configuration of RPA solutions

• Configure automation processes as per project timelines.
• Develop codes to meet the defined design/solution approach.
• Ensure quality of coded components by performing end to end unit testing.
• Create technical documentation, user instructions and maintenance manuals.
• Support the deployment of the RPA solution by creating and documenting test procedures and support testers during the test and rollout phases.

Support and maintenance of running RPA solutions

• Perform all maintenance tasks to monitor quality, reliability and performance of running RPA solutions.
• Assess performance/quality of running RPA solutions and pro-actively propose improvements where needed.
• Work with project/operations leads on technology platform related issues and provide plausible suggestion for improvements.

Development of best practices

• Develop and document RPA configuration best practices.
• Develop RPA design/architecture principles.

Qualifications

• University degree in technical subject.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English.
• Hands-on experience of working on RPA tools such as Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, UiPath or others.
• Excellent programming/software development background.
• Experience in .Net, DB and PowerShell is a plus.
• Excellent, proactive problem solver.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
