A leading company is currently recruiting for a SAP APO DP SME that has experience with SAP APO DP implementations. Hybrid position. 6 month rolling contract paying up to £1000 per day.
Essential skill and experience required for the SAP APO DP SME, SAP Demand Planner Expert, Advanced Demand Planning & Supply Chain Optimisation (APO)
- At least 2+ full lifecycle SAP APO DP implementations and 7+ years of industry or consulting experience.
- Experience in Configuring, Testing, Implementing, and supporting SAP APO – Demand Planning (DP)
- Experience in SAP APO version upgrades, enhancement pack upgrades and implementations with SAP recommended Best Practices as drivers
- Rule Based ATP, Allocation, Availability, Sourcing, QTVB jobs to find out inconsistent Sales Orders, SDRQCR21 jobs to correct inconsistencies, CCR jobs for synching stock situation in R/3 and APO, Back Order Processing, Allocations transferred to Planning Area, Transfer Allocations and CVCs from Planning Area to AC42, monitoring process chains for uploading allocations to CVCs provided by business
- Technical knowledge Apply growing technical knowledge of the SAP Advanced Planner & Optimizer (APO) Module to solve application issues of varying complexity
- Communicate with business partners and gather business requirements
- Work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements
- Competent to work on all phases of development and has a good understanding of a business or function
- Globally monitor customer program/consignment inventory as they relate to established MIN / MAX values and performance targets
