We are looking for Senior Java Experts Software Engineers to join a leading insurance company.

You really need to be passionate about backend development and have deep knowledge and experience as a Java Developer.

They strive for the perfect mix of ambitious cracks with fresh ideas and proven professionals with valuable experience.

Your role:

At its core, your involvement revolves around advancing sophisticated and contemporary software within the realm of our core systems for a sustainable product and contract framework. By doing so, you play a pivotal role in shaping crucial specialist projects related to CSS.

As part of a collaborative team, you’ll craft architecturally compliant solution variations and create prototypes. With us, your developer skills will be well utilized, as you engage with intriguing technologies such as JavaEE, event and workflow-based architectures, business rules, Docker, Kubernetes, and Cucumber.

Staying abreast of the latest trends, you’ll apply modern software engineering practices such as Clean Code, Clean Architecture (Onion Architecture), Test-Driven Development (TDD), and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).

Requirements:

• Degree in the field of Software Engineering/Development.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in Agile Software Engineering with a tech stack of Java technologies, enjoy complex tasks in JEE environment.
• Your code is high quality and clean code.
• Your strengths lie in your analytical approach, methodical thinking, and conceptual prowess.

Candidates must have:

• Expert in Java/JEE Development
• Knowledge of modern software engineering practices
• Experience in Agile Software Engineering
• German at least C1

Tech Stack:

• Java, Kubernetes, Scrum, Docker, TDD, DDD, JEE, background in banks or insurance.
