Senior Product Manager – Payments

Salt is hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of Europe’s most exciting marketplaces HQ’d in Amsterdam.

This business has a start-up mentality and sustainable growth plans following significant investment and is scaling its diverse and international team of 500+.

To help realise their growth ambitions, the Senior Product Manager will own and drive their payments strategy, thinking about global pay-in/pay-out coverage, driving customer growth with diverse payment solutions, partnering with “Buy Now Pay Later” providers and will build flexibility into their payments blueprint.

Experience and Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in agile and product-centric orgs
• Experience of full ownership of the product, the roadmap and prioritisation of new features and enhancements
• Experience working with PSPs
• Experience partnering with Buy Now Pay Later providers, have introduced local payment methods in Europe, Asia or the USA
• A strong belief in customer-centric product development and a data-driven approach
• Familiarity with research, experimentation, testing and idea validation
