What you intend to do

  • Collaborate with engineering and product leaders to develop a product vision and roadmap for both the short and long term.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the people for whom you are designing by identifying their motivations, needs, expectations, and goals in order to translate these into compelling experiences.
  • Sketch and prototype ideas in order to quickly assess their viability and design the finer details of components, interactions, and workflows.
  • Deliver high-quality solutions while collaborating with cross-functional product development teams to bring them to life.
  • Motivate the creation and consistent application of a design system and style guide.
  • Contribute to the refinement of our design culture and the dissemination of UX best practices to (product) teams throughout the organization.

    • What you bring with you

    • Prior experience developing design vision and strategy, as well as leading the UX and UI process from concept to iteration and launch.
    • You use research and data to inform design decisions when you have a user-centered mindset.
    • You work hard to improve processes and how we collaborate.
    • You are well-organized and communicate effectively. You can manage multiple priorities and work well with others.
    • A growth mindset is one that is constantly looking for ways to improve yourself, your team, or the way we do things.
    • Capability to switch between high-level strategy discussions and details.
    • Experience promoting consistency and thinking in terms of design systems rather than one-off solutions.
    • Experience with SaaS products and web interfaces is a plus.
