Rate: €600 – €800 per day

You will be joining the Supply Chain department in the ESA Finance Division and contributing to the mission and objectives of the “Governance, Risk and Control” team that is responsible amongst others to:
- Setup the governance around Supply Chain activities, including sourcing & outsourcing
- Define and drive the implementation of the actions required to reach compliancy with these regulations
- Set-up & monitor the operational procedures and controls required to evidence this compliance
- Support the Outsourcing Committee in its oversight role of risks at group level and relating to outsourcing and critical service providers

Your Part of the Deal
Reporting to the head of the “Supply Chain Governance, Risk and Control” team, you will be responsible to
Support in the various administrative and governance-related tasks associated with the Outsourcing Committee (“OSC”).
- The relevant housekeeping activities are amongst other agenda management, consolidation and distribution of meeting materials, taking care of the monthly meeting hosting and minutes.
- Support in the analysis, implementation and embedding of new processes or amend existing processes, to ensure compliance with Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Regulation, enforced in January 2025.
- Support in other supply chain business areas (governance, risks, controls) where relevant.
