Salt Sydney has a phenomenal opportunity for an experienced 360° Recruitment Consultant with career ambitions. Owning the vertical that is Data, you will be part of a fast-growing division of our Australian operation and work alongside a team of talented individuals and Sydney’s canine friend – Winston.

Responsibilities

• Build a universe of Data candidates and clients
• Maximise opportunities with existing and identify and actively develop new clients
• Manage candidates through the entire recruitment process
• End to end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, through to post-placement follow up

What you have to offer

• Experience with recruiting in the data landscape
• Commercially astute
• Proven success in creating strong relationships and the ability to identify and actively develop clients
• A desire to be a subject matter expert and continue to build your own expertise
