Accounts Receivable Administrator

Wellington Temporary / 4-6 weeks

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Administrator to join a supportive finance team on a temporary basis. This role will suit someone who is confident in their AR skills, enjoys a busy environment, and is immediately available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing accounts receivable processes, including invoicing and reconciliations
  • Following up on outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Processing and allocating payments accurately and efficiently
  • Assisting with reporting and other finance admin tasks
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the AR function

About You:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable role
  • Some exposure to Accounts Payable processes would be a bonus
  • Confident using finance systems; experience with TechOne is highly desirable
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to work independently
