Credit Controller

A fantastic opportunity for a Credit Controller to join an education based organisation located in Highbrook, East Tamaki. This position has a high volume of credit control so our client needs someone who is seasoned in this area. This is a full time temporary role, supporting the Finance Manager to start ASAP. Likely 4 months, potentilaly longer.

What tasks will you be doing?

• Contacting all overdue debtors and creating payment plans.
• Ensuring debtors’ processing is accurate and within timeframe.
• Support resolving invoicing issues and identify solutions in the processing.
• Developing relationships with clients to make sure they feel valued throughout the process.
• Part of the process will be Accounts Receivable – reconcilliations and invoicing – must have experience in this area too.

This Credit Control role is right for you if;

• You have proven experience working in a debt management position and with accounts receivable processes.
• You have worked with high volume debt before.
• You have excellent customer service skills – this is imperative in this role when dealing with difficult situations.
• Business Central (BC) experience is preferred, or Microsoft Navision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
