Payroll Analyst

DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Responsible for historical data extraction, analysis and reconciliation of ACC payment history
• Ensure that proposals for changes to the payroll system and processes will deliver the desired outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Working closely with the payroll and finance teams to continuously improve current payroll processes
• Support with wider payroll team projects

• You’ll have extensive experience as a payroll or finance analyst (or have experience in testing or implementing payroll solutions for large employers)
• NZ experience to demonstrate strong understanding of NZ payroll legislation
• Advantageous to have understanding of ACC processing/reimbursement process
