Administrator

We work with a variety of leading brands who require administrators, receptionists, customer coordinators and sales support on a temporary basis. These can be great opportunities to widen your knowledge, add to experience and interesting stop gaps if you are in between roles.

What will you be doing?

• Providing excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
• Handling email enquiries, processing sales orders, managing the product queries and dealing with issues
• Managing back orders and stock levels
• Data Entry into the system
• General administration

What will you bring?

• Previous phone-based customer service experience with proven order management and distribution
• A great attitude- willing to help others and enjoy connecting with people
• Excellent phone manner
• Strong administrative experience
• Detail orientated
