We are excited to be partnering with an organization that specializes in the shaping of the learning and development throughout the active recreation, leisure, and entertainment industries. This organization is passionate about their industries and the people they provide work-based learning to. This organization has recently experienced growth within their sectors and have created a new role that will focus on hunting for new business opportunities across the Auckland, Northland, and Waikato regions.

What You Will Be Doing:

• You will be hunting for new opportunities to provide workplace support for the sport, active recreation, and leisure industries in the Auckland region.
• You will be forging proactive relationships with stakeholders, ensuring the organizations offerings align with your region’s needs.
• As the Business Development Manager within the region, you will be providing support and guidance to regional and national advisors to ensure their success.
• In this role you will be monitoring qualification and resources, recommending adaptations to meet regional demands.

What Will You Bring:

• Having 2-5 years’ experience in a sales environment will help set you up for success.
• Connection is everything in this role, so you will need to able to forge meaningful relationships and find new opportunities within the community.
• Familiarity with the education and or work-based learning environments will be an advantage.
• Being proactive and tech savvy in Microsoft Office.
